コンピューター上の空間で、三次元上の水の動きをシュミレーションし波を構築している。水は、無数の水の粒子の連続体で表現し、粒子間の相互作用を計算している。そして、波の表層部分の水の粒子の挙動で線を描き、三次元上の波の表層に線を描いている。そして、仮想の三次元空間に立体的に描かれた線の集合を、チームラボが考える「超主観空間」によって平面化し映像作品にしている。
