「お台場みんなの夢大陸2016」（東京）で好評開催中の、DMM.com、チームラボ、フジテレビ『DMM.プラネッツ Art by teamLab』。大好評につき、7月29日（金）より22時までの夜間営業を開始します。また、7月20日（水）より、混雑を気にせず、優先的に入場できる「プライオリティチケット」の販売も開始します。

DMM.プラネッツ Art by teamLabは、チームラボにおける最大規模のデジタルアート作品展です。約3,000㎡もの展示空間内は、デジタルアート作品で迷路のように構成され、歩き回りながら鑑賞します。展示を鑑賞するにあたってあらかじめ決められた道順はありません。過去最大のサイズで展示される「Wander through the Crystal Universe」（約20 m x 20 m x 4 m）（※1）や、新作の超巨大なドーム空間の「Floating in the Falling Universe of Flowers」、無限に広がる水面の新作「人と共に踊る鯉によって描かれる水面のドローイング - Infinity」などを、歩き回りながら鑑賞します。

また、空間内は作品ごとに、森や花、宇宙の香りになっており、「Wander through the Crystal Universe」では、宇宙飛行士・山崎直子さんの監修の宇宙の香りが広がっています。

1年間の花々が時間と共に刻々と変化しながら咲き渡る宇宙が、ドーム空間に無限に広がっているインスタレーション作品。

鑑賞者は各々のスマートフォンで蝶を選択し投げ込むと、花の宇宙空間に蝶が舞う。

作品は、コンピュータプログラムによってリアルタイムで描かれ続けている。あらかじめ記録された映像を再生しているわけではない。
花は、生まれ、成長し、つぼみをつけ、花を咲かせ、やがて、花を散らせ、枯れて、死んでいく。つまり、花は、誕生と死滅を、永遠と繰り返し続ける。
今この瞬間の空間は、2度と見ることができない。

Wander through the Crystal Universe

点描は、点の集合で絵画表現を行ったものだが、これは、光の点の集合で彫刻を創っている。彫刻は、光でできているため、デジタルで制御することによって、インタラクティブに動く。

本作品は、光の彫刻の集合体によって、宇宙空間を表現したインタラクティブなインスタレーションである。

鑑賞者は自身のスマートフォンを通じて、クリスタルユニバースを構成するエレメントを選び、出現させ、クリスタルユニバースを創っていく。そして、鑑賞者は、作品空間に入り歩きまわることができる。

それぞれのエレメントは互いに影響を受ける。また、エレメントは、作品空間内の鑑賞者の存在にも影響を受ける。

クリスタルユニバースは鑑賞者によって刻々と創られていきながら、永遠と変化していく。

無限に広がる水面に鯉が泳いでいる。人々は水の中に入り歩くことができる。鯉は、水の中の人々の存在に影響を受け、また、他の鯉の影響を受けながら、泳いでいる。そして、鯉は、人々にぶつかると、花となって散っていく。そして、人々の存在に影響を受けて泳ぐ鯉の軌跡によって、線が描かれていく。

作品はコンピュータプログラムによってリアルタイムで描かれ続けている。あらかじめ記録された映像を再生しているわけではない。全体として以前の状態が複製されることなく、鑑賞者のふるまいの影響を受けながら、変容し続ける。今この瞬間の絵は二度と見ることができない。

人が触れることができるところのすべてが、沈み込むほど、やわらかい空間。空間は真暗で、床と壁の境目はない。人々が作品空間に入ると、空間自体が、人々の身体の重さに影響を受け変化する。そして、人々の身体は、変化する空間に影響を受ける。人々は、互いに作品空間を通して、それぞれの影響を受け合う。
あなたの身体は空間を変化させ、そして、その空間は他者の身体を変化させる。

Co-organized by DMM.com, teamLab and Fuji Television, DMM.PLANETS Art by teamLab has proved an instant hit and now starts night-time opening! From July 29, you can enjoy our immersive installations up until 22:00 o’clock- don’t forget to get a priority ticket that allows you to enter the venue without having to wait in the queue!   

DMM.Planets Art by teamLab is the largest digital art exhibition that teamLab has ever showcased. The exhibition space is a digital artwork structured like a maze in which the audience experiences the work by walking around. There is no set path for the audience to enjoy the artworks: “Wander through the Crystal Universe” (20m x 20m x 4m) the largest Crystal Universe to date, the new enormous dome space; “Floating in the Falling Flowers”, and the inifinitely stretching water surface artwork; “Drawing on the Water Surface Created by the Dance of Koi and People - Infinity”, and others.

With each respective artwork, the space has its distinct smell, for example of a forest, flowers, or the universe. For example, in “Wander through the Crystal Universe”, the smell of the universe was supervised by the astronaut Naoko Yamazaki and it spreads throughout the entire artwork.

A seasonal year of flowers bloom in this ever changing universe of flowers that spreads out into infinity in the dome art installation space.

Viewers can use their smartphones to select butterflies and release them into the flower universe.

Neither a pre-recorded animation nor on loop, the work is rendered in real time by a computer program. The interaction between the viewer and the installation causes continuous change in the artwork. Flowers are born, they grow, bud, bloom, and in time, the petals fall, and the flowers wither and die. The cycle of birth and death continues for perpetuity. Previous visual states can never be replicated, and will never reoccur.

Wander through the Crystal Universe

By installing LEDs in three-dimensional space, it is possible to create a real-time interactive, moving 3-D artwork. teamLab employed its original Interactive 4-D Vision in creating the Crystal Universe interactive installation of a seemingly infinite number of light particles positioned in a three-dimensional space.

Viewers of the artwork can enter and walk around in the three-dimensional light space. A viewer’s entrance into the space affects all of the lights in a way that causes change to occur throughout the installation indefinitely. Meanwhile, the viewer continues to cause further change wherever in the Crystal Universe the viewer is.

The viewer, in other words, is the center of the universe and becomes one with the light and body of the installation. Viewers, moreover, may bring about change to the Crystal Universe through access from a smartphone. They merely select a universe element, face the Crystal Universe, and swipe toward the installation to add the selected element to the artwork.

Koi swim on a water surface that strectches out into infinity. People can walk into the water. The movement of the koi is infleunced by the presence of people in the water and also other koi. When the fish collide with people they turn into flowers and scatter. The tragectory of the koi is determined by the presence of people and these tragectories trace lines on the surface of the water.

The work is rendered in real time by a computer program, it is neither a pre-recorded animation nor on loop. The interaction between the viewer and the installation causes continuous change in the artwork. Previous visual states can never be replicated, and will never reoccur.
